We always meet with you first to discuss your individuals needs and see how we can help you. This is of course a totally free and non engaging discussion.
Our coaching sessions usually last 90 minutes and an average of 5 or 6 sessions are needed to get the full benefits of coaching. But you decide: sessions will stop when you tell us you are happy to continue the journey by yourself.
When your coaching sessions end, you leave with tangible benefits: clarity of vision combined with a down to earth action plan to achieve it. The single most powerful benefit of coaching is being in control again.
